Overview
The Manager of Regional Operations will have a designated region to oversee. The manager will provide management and leadership for the operations department including installation, project management, and service within the designated region.
Responsibilities
Assure customers are handled in a timely and professional manner and overall customer satisfaction goals are achieved or exceeded.Oversee and/or review schedule for all installations.Support sales team or project management team in the system design and in developing a scope of work intended to meet customer requirements and/or expectations.Ensure installation and service quality standards.Ensure project profitability and job cost review of install jobs.Recruit, hire, and train installation and service personnel.Oversee day-to-day activities of installation and service personnel.Work with the Company Fleet Manager to ensure that company-owned vehicles are meeting maintenance requirements to ensure the longevity and appearance of the company fleet.Administer and follow Company safety policies as stated in the Company Safety Manual.Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure safety awareness in all tasks performed by install and service personnel.Oversee technical training and certification programs.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
High School Diploma required; College degree preferredNICET Certification Level 1 and 2 required preferredMinimum 3-5 years technical install or service experienceMinimum 2 years supervisory experienceKnowledge of installation practices and standardsStrong management and leadership skillsExcellent written and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft SuiteMaintain industry certification(s) as required
