Tatari is expanding and we're looking for a CSM - Platform Solutions to join the team. The Platform Solutions team at Tatari is responsible for managing and executing TV campaigns (primarily programmatic) for self-service clients at Tatari. As such, you will be responsible for a set number of clients within Tatari's ever-growing portfolio and work cross-departmental to ensure that client needs are met with the most superior management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage post-sales relationships for self-service client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor.Advise and support clients as they utilize Tatari's self-service buying platform for media planning, execution and optimization across Linear & Streaming TV.Listen to clients needs, as well as identifying unknown or unmet needs.Become an expert of all-things Tatari (buying, reporting, proprietary measurement, etc.) and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems.Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, with a focus on buying/optimization for business outcomes (CPA, CAC, & ROAS), education across key concepts and strategies, and training on Tatari's platform.Participate, actively engage, and be the expert voice on TV in client meetings.Spend a lot of time with clients (up to 10% travel) and building relationships with C-level executives.Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution, preferably majoring in business, statistics, data analytics, and economics.1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSP's, etc.)1-3 years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions1-3 years in project managementExperience working with performance-minded clients (Brands and/or Agencies), with a focus on optimizing for business outcomes such as CPA, CAC, & ROASSolid understanding of Streaming TV buying and overall landscape, bonus for LinearAbility to clearly communicate technical terms and conceptsGreat presentation and listening skills-you come prepared to every meetingYou're at ease holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager. You're not a salespersonHighly organized and detail orientedBonus: understanding of TV and digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilitiesBenefits:
