As the core member in the RD lab department, you will be resolving post internal and external inquiries and issues timely to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be asked to utilize your technical skills and collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to review both hardware and software specifications and recommend improvement plans to resolve the issue.This role will be based in our HQ at San Jose, CA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities(other duties may also be assigned):•Server design review for product quality improve•Improve testing techniques/procedures for analyzing system failure data efficiently•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams provide improvement plans in a timely manner•Write root cause analysis and presentation skill are needed•Drive case study or/and issue resolution recommendations•New technology trend studying and sharingQualifications:•BSEE with 8+ years of hands-on experience preferred•Computer board level/system level of design experience•Familiar in computer architecture with strong hands-on design or debug experience in server hardware•Familiar with oscilloscope and other lab equipment•Strong problem solving capability•Strong communication, written, and oral skills•Self-motivated team player•Familiar with Linux environment, knowledge of program language including C, Verilog , Python,etc.Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.Salary Range$130,000 - $163,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
