You in The Role and on The Team:

In this role you are a Talent Acquisition Manager that is used to additional human resources responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition as we quickly grow, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various job positions within the company. Additionally, you will be involved in handling certain HR-related tasks to support the overall HR function. This role requires a strong ability to attract and engage potential candidates while also assisting in HR activities to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience. As a growing company, you'll get a chance to wear many hats.

A Day in the Life

Recruiting Responsibilities (80%):• Developing Job Descriptions:

Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that establish the essential functions and requirements of each position.

Job Ad Placement: Create compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.• Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various methods, including LinkedIn searches, networking, and referrals, to proactively source and identify potential candidates for open positions.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants' resumes and qualifications. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback as necessary.

Applicant Tracking: Manage the company's applicant tracking system to keep records up-to-date, track candidate progress, and generate reports as needed.

Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job offers, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.• Recruitment Metrics:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive image in the job market.

Human Resources Responsibilities (20%):• Onboarding:

Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and assuring a smooth start with Prime Robotics.

Employee Records: Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.• HR Policy Compliance:

Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Payroll Submission:

Run bi-monthly payroll and expenses.• Culture and Engagement:

Develop, implement, and sustain initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, resulting in high employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Key success factors

5+ years of experience as a successful recruiter.Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential; Technical recruiting and HR experience is a plus.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques for candidate sourcing and assessment.Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Flexibility to adapt between recruitment and HR responsibilities as needed.This role offers a unique opportunity to be heavily involved in the recruitment process while also contributing to various HR functions, ultimately supporting the company's growth.One more thing:

The Salary : $70,000-110,000
