We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager who will be pivotal in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. We are looking for expertise in BI tools and data visualization and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. T

You will report to the Senior Director, Data.
This is a hybrid role in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least one day per week.You Will:
Lead the development of the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business objectives.Oversee analytics engineering & data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.Manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of BI professionals, including data analysts and analytics engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Drive key BI initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable data products that support decision-making across the organization.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data initiatives align with company priorities. Facilitate communication and collaboration between data and business teams.Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards and implement security measures to protect sensitive data assets.Influence quality and productivity improvements through involvement in the development of new and improved procedures, process innovations, training, and changes in corporate cultureYou Have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role.+3 years of experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms) and technologies, scalable data solutions and complex data visualizationsExpertise in SQL and dbt (3+ years of hands-on experience).Experience with data pipeline management using Airflow.Leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of managing teams.Experience communicating updates and resolutions to stakeholders and other partners, with the ability to collaborate with teams, present findings to executives, and guide a data-driven culture.Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. This role may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, flexible time off, health care benefits, retirement savings, and employee incentive plans.
