Job Summary:Reporting to the Manufacturing Vice President, the Plant Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the FXI Orange plant. The Plant Manager has leadership responsibility to assure compliance with all government and company policies and procedures. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for facility production goals and objectives. Following FXIs Vision, Mission and Values, the Plant Manager is to develop a well-trained and motivated staff with emphasis on plant safety and employee engagement.Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate plant operations in strict compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, corporate policies, and proceduresResponsible for plant P&L, manage facility to financial budget and corporate guidelinesResponsible for achieving all facility business goals including, but not limited to, the areas of safety, quality, production, reliability, and financial budget complianceEstablish and maintain a positive community relationship, including partnership with local officials as appropriate, and philanthropic efforts coordinated at the plant and corporate levelsEstablish and maintain a positive, engaged working relationship with all levels of employeesDevelop and foster a well-trained and motivated staff. Assess current skill sets and align with plant future growth and vision. As Plant Leader, provide effective and timely feedback, development planning, setting clear objectives, and coaching employees to perform at their highest levelsDevelop and foster high performance team environment assuring manufacturing excellence across all the functionsResponsible for strict adherence to the quality, EHS and product control systems for the plantEnsures that all plant assets are properly managed, safeguarded, and secureDevelop and ensure management systems are in place to monitor plant output to ensure efficient resource utilization and initiates corrective action as requiredLead organization to develop, follow and report plant metrics timely and accurately enabling the organization to efficiently monitor progress towards attaining site objectives and continuous improvementFoster positive customer interactions and relationships through high service levels and on time delivery

Qualifications:Education:B.S. Degree strongly preferredMBA a plusExperience:10 years of prior experience in manufacturing environment3+ experience as Plant ManagerExperienced in managing and driving manufacturing KPIsStrong continous improvement experience and prior examples of improvements made and sustained to drive efficienciesHands-on leader who contributes to overall business strategy and issues, works well as part of the leadership team, and is focused upon achieving resultsSkills:Strong interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills with the ability to lead a team motivate the group and manage a diverse workforce including unions
