The Equipment Engineer will report to the Equipment Engineering Manager and is responsible for managing the installation, repair and preventive maintenance, on a number of tools, supporting the Rose Orchard Wafer Manufacturing Operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 24/7 Wafer fab equipment support. Individual and team will work closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams supporting the Day to Day operations Working with Process Engineering to determine new equipment needs and interfacing with other groups regarding tool capabilities and facility requirements (Space, supplies and operational capabilities) and coordinating the submission of the Capital Equipment Procurement. Developing new hardware capabilities on existing systems to meet process and development engineering requirements. Overseeing and helping to improve Yield related to equipment related issues utilizing best known practices. Overseeing all Equipment performance KPI's including Uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and investigating/implementing ways to improve metrics where applicable. Overseeing the PM program on assigned tools (creation/maintenance of documentation and providing training to Equipment Technicians). Works closely with the supply chain managing existing and future spare parts. Helps to minimize tool down impacts due to no parts. Experience:

> 10 years Equipment Maintenance/Engineering BS degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred MS Office experience (Word,excel,ppt) Excellent communication skills (both oral and written English) Other: Solid Works/AMMS/Quickbase/MES/Lean Manufacuring/Kaizen experience a plus

Pay Range: P60-USA-1 :$103,600.00 - $148,000.00 Disclaimer:
