About the job Senior Electrical Engineer
Our client has a strong presence in the Northeast region and is seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer to lead, organize, manage, and execute Electrical Engineering work within their current project portfolio.
Responsibilities
include client relations, project management, coordination with internal teams and contractors, as well as engineering design and execution. This is a "seller-doer" role, involving both client management and project design responsibilities. Experience with power distribution, particularly in medium voltage system design, is a plus.
Projects will cover a range of sectors, including electrification, battery electric vehicle charging systems, transit facilities, college and university facilities, and commercial buildings. With a diverse portfolio across various markets, this opportunity offers long-term career stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop proposals and fee structures.Oversee project portfolio and manage individual projects.Lead engineering design and production.Provide on-the-job training for junior team members.Certify and professionally seal project work.Qualifications:
15+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in consulting.Solid knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes.Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.PE license is preferred.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.What They Offer:
