With one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry 97% ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making staff happy with our white glove service!Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/Responsibilities & Qualifications:The primary focus of the Director of Operations position is to provide support in each plant in a Region, drive safety compliance and performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a regionCoach/Development of new Plant ManagersDrive daily process improvement in assigned territory.Manage productivity reporting & performance for the assigned territory.Work closely with Senior Management in developing long-term operational strategies that meet the companys objectives.Ability to trouble shoot, problem solve and perform root cause analysisFoster a safe work environmentSupport and training of plants on internal plant productivity systemsCollaborate with cross functional departments on projects and new initiativesResponsible for training and certification of all compliance areasMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5 years experience in operationsBachelors degreeSix Sigma / Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.Proven track record in managing multiple locationsAbility to trouble shoot, problem solve and perform root cause analysisTravel requirement (75%)Must thrive in a progressive environmentStrong organizational and presentation skillsProficient with MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and general PC applicationsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.Detail oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, written and oral communication skillsProven ability to drive performance without formal authority
