Our team thrives on a strong foundation of Linux system administration, driven by a passion for technology and excellence in leadership. As the IT Manager, you will be at the helm of our Linux engineering team, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our Linux-based systems. This role is not only about technical expertise but also about strategic leadership, where you will develop and execute plans to optimize compute infrastructure operations in alignment with organizational goals. You'll foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration, mentoring a dedicated team of IT professionals. Your proactive approach to managing complex IT environments, coupled with your ability to lead critical incident resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives, will be pivotal in enhancing our service delivery and mitigating risks. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the performance and efficiency of compute infrastructure operations.Collaborate with senior management to align IT operations with organizational goals and objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for 24/7 support of compute infrastructure.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the IT operations team.Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Incident and Problem Management:
Establish and enforce incident management processes to minimize downtime and service disruptions.Lead the resolution of critical incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore services expediently.Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
