What You'll be Doing:Assemble, setup and disassemble multiple production equipment for processing and packagingOperate and clean key production equipment not limited to a specific manufacturing areaOperate specific equipment within a designated area.Meet daily production goals and requirementsResponsible for product quality and makes adjustments to equipment as necessaryEnsure weights and formulas are accurateProper completion of required paperworkFollow GMPs, CCPs and QCPs at all timesImmediately report food safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate team leadersTrain and Instruct other team members how to properly operate equipmentMust adhere to all safe work practices and rulesWhat You Bring with You (Qualifications):High School education or GED preferredMust be able to read and write English to an 8th grade levelPrevious food manufacturing experience preferredMust be detail orientedMust be able to effectively work in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environmentAbility to work independentlyAbility to work a flexible/off shift scheduleMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to work from heights
