We are looking for a Financial Controller well organized, flexible, detail-oriented with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging and energetic environment.Responsibilities:Responsible for the full spectrum of Financial, accounting functions and business supportTimely and accurate monthly/annual financial (include P & L, balance sheet, etc) and management reporting, in compliance with the applicable governing standards and regulations and group reporting requirements.Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow, working capital and banking facilities.Oversee the daily financial operations, costing, budgeting, credit control and taxation.Responsible for year-end closing and liaison with external auditors, banker, company secretary, IRB financial audit and related matters.Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of productsStock management and Stock take, to ensure accurate stock counting and recording of both system and physical. Lead the team for monthly and yearly. Reconciliation of stock varianceTo handle the full spectrum of HR function and review end-to-end payroll process & submission of payroll related reports.Undertake specific assignments as instructed from time to time.. Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, preferably MIA/Certified Accountant and/ or CPA, ACCA/CFA.Minimum of 5 year working experience in FMCG & with financial planning exposure with a large multi-national organization.Experience in Administrative will be added advantage.
