Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIESGreet customers as they enter therestaurant.Take reservations or put customers on a waitinglist.Give customers menus and show them to theirseats.Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant andmenu.Assist various restaurant staff whennecessary.Maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy mealservice.Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficientmanner.Manage the reservationbook.Offer menus and drinks to guests once they sitdown.Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and diningflow.Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General:
Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaminglicense.
Education:
Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
Experience:
Previous work experience as a host/hostess or waiter/waitress preferred.
Physical:
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
