The Marketing Strategist will leverage extensive industry knowledge to deliver key insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring effective brand positioning. This role requires a collaborative approach with the Director of Marketing and various internal stakeholders to craft and implement messaging strategies that resonate across all marketing channels. Key responsibilities include developing competitive analysis and market trends insights to inform strategic decisions, reviewing customer testimonials, and gathering audience insights through desk research, interviews, and stakeholder conversations. The strategist will collaborate with the Marketing Director to create compelling product positioning and messaging, translate complex data and technology solutions into clear, customer-centric marketing materials, and design content and strategies to enhance brand engagement. Additionally, the role involves working with the Marketing Manager, Designer, Sales, and Global Marketing teams in France to develop cohesive campaign messaging and sales enablement materials, ensuring all marketing content aligns with product positioning. The strategist will also align with the Global Product Marketing team in France and domestic teams on product updates and strategic partnerships, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including focus groups and interviews, to inform marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

The candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong preference for B2B marketing in the mobility ecosystem, technology sector, or government-related projects. They should possess a high level of curiosity and critical thinking skills, along with an exceptional ability to synthesize disparate data into compelling narratives. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a commitment to follow-through. The candidate must demonstrate agility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions and business needs. Additionally, being well-informed on cultural and economic trends relevant to government clients is crucial, using this knowledge to inform effective marketing strategies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and government sectors, with a strong background in content development. They may hold advanced degrees, such as a Master's or PhD, and be proficient in using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
