WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Strategy Manager your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Executive Committee and key business leaders in solving some of Optiver's most challenging strategic questions.Coordinating and leading key business initiatives.Acting as a sounding board and sparring partner to business leaders; authoring and delivering recommendations to senior management.WHO YOU AREOptiver needs our Global Strategy Manager to be someone with:

5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm.Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; capable of thinking strategically while paying attention to detail.Excellent project management skillsStrong stakeholder management skills.Experience in performing data-driven analyses.Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude to achieve results.Ability to quickly grasp new topics and make them their own.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convert complex issues into succinct insights.WHAT YOU'LL GET
