Program Security Analyst (Hybrid)

LinQuest has an opportunity for a Program Security Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers a hybrid schedule.
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country's defense acquisition and contracts process. As a Program Security Analyst, you will leverage your experience with Space Systems Command and the DoD acquisition system to directly assist the Ground and Space IPTs in ensuring oversight and coordination across multiple program efforts to achieve timely horizontal protections.
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ Experience with implementing and managing policies to protect classified and sensitive information.5+ Experience with overseeing security measures like access control and end of day security.Experience reviewing Security Classification Guide and ensuring that employees comply with security protocols.Experience performing risk analyses to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.Experience developing and administering security training programs for employees.Knowledge of DoD systems engineering, acquisition and agile processesAbility to quickly learn and creatively problem-solverAbility to work collaboratively as well as independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasksSecret ClearanceMaster's DegreeDesired Skills and Experience:

The salary for this position ranges from approximately $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
