You will have an exciting opportunity to be a technical resource for the growing heat shrink tubing operations business. Responsibilities Ownership of manufacturing processes related the production of heat shrink tubing Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D Write technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validation plans and reports, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports Execute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach Lead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teams Train manufacturing personnel on process changes Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufacturesWhat your background should look like: BS in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or related engineering degree, equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 3 or more years' experience supporting a manufacturing environment Track record of project completions that deliver business results Demonstrated problem solving skills Medical device manufacturing experience is a plusCompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
