Job Description SummaryEnterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to manage multi-investor fund operations including relationship management, strategic planning of annual funds, management of investor due diligence and leading the review and negotiations of partnership agreement terms and the fund closing process. The person will coordinate with in-house and outside legal counsel and other Investor Relations team members, as well as various other Enterprise departments such as Asset Management and Originations. Extensive knowledge of LIHTC along with strong real estate financial analysis and underwriting skills is required.

Responsibilities:
Play a pivotal role in the formation and closing of multi-investor LIHTC funds.Manage investor relationships; ensuring that all reporting and information needs are addressed in a timely manner; coordinating due diligence meetings; and sharing information about other Enterprise capital products and initiatives.Negotiate/review partnership agreement terms and manage fund closing processes in coordination with Legal, Underwriting, Credit and other internal or external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to present risks/mitigants, assist with resolving legal and technical issues and negotiating terms of LIHTC transactions.Recommend and implement process improvements.Assist with other Investor Relations priorities as requested (e.g., Asset Management, Acquisitions, assistance to other lines of business, etc.).Participate in and contribute to group meetings and discussions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field required. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience underwriting LIHTC investments and/or executing proprietary or multi-investor LIHTC fundsInstitutional fund marketing sales and support experience strongly preferred.Experience with real estate legal documents is required.Strong Excel and Database skills (Salesforce experience a plus)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines.Must be highly service oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as within a team, solve problems and possess strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability and willingness to travel as needed for conferences and relationship meetings.FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses are required within 6 months of hire.

The base salary for this role is $163,000 to $200,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
