The Senior Director of Total Rewards will assist in the development and execution of the strategy for the organization's total rewards programs, focusing on compensation and benefits. This role requires strong leadership in managing vendor relationships, driving the strategy for competitive compensation and benefits programs. The Senior Director will collaborate with the Human Resources Leadership Team to align total rewards with the company's overall business objectives.

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures, benefits programs, and other rewards initiatives.Compensation Management:

Oversee the design and administration of base salary structures and job architecture: Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and equity within the company; manage the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, and salary adjustments.Benefits Administration:

Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, leave management, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and other offerings; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage relationships with benefits providers and consultants; evaluate, recommend and enhance benefits programs to meet the changing needs of the workforce.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement; prepare and present reports to senior management on total rewards trends, costs, and effectiveness.Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations; monitor and manage risks associated with total rewards programs, including financial and reputational risks.Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery; oversee vendor performance, addressing issues and ensuring alignment with the organization's total rewards strategy; evaluate and recommend new vendors as needed to enhance the company's total rewards offerings.Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits; prepare and present reports to senior leadership on total rewards programs, costs, and effectiveness; manage audits and ensure accurate reporting of compensation and benefits data.Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Work Experience

A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits7 years in a leadership role.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market analysis, data management, and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.Proven ability to work with Workday compensation module.Preferred Job Requirements
