We are looking for a CNC Turn Mill set up/operator or operators to add to our 1st shift staff! What an exciting time to join our growing team!! Are you a setup/operator who wants to learn programming? We can get you there!Key ResponsibilitiesOperate twin-axis lathe- Omni Turn.Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part-specific operations which would be noted on the job router.Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents. Make any necessary offset changes to the machine program to account for tool wear/movement.Seek supervisory help if the machine fails, or measurements get completely outside limits.Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseSet up and operate Turn MillMaking offsetsTroubleshooting simple issues Aerospace Industry experienceAbility to read GD&T CodeAbility to use all measuring toolsBenefits401(k) with a company match of 100% up to 6% of your check.
