Sales Manager
to join its dynamic team. This position offers a flexible remote work environment, with up to 75% travel expected.
As a
Sales Manager , you’ll lead the PRN Sales Team in your assigned region, driving sales growth and expanding market share in the animal health industry. You’ll build strong relationships with key customers, partner with distributors, and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve targets and grow professionally.
Position Responsibilities : • Attract, develop, and retain top talent by recruiting, coaching, and leveraging KPIs, IDPs, and performance management tools to drive growth and performance • Ride along with field sales representatives, providing coaching to help them achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Collaborate with leadership to develop business plans for your region and support sales representatives in creating and refining their territory plans • Share market insights with leadership to drive market share, fuel product growth, protect existing products, and suggest new product opportunities • Develop and maintain key relationships with distributor partners while representing the company at industry conferences, sales meetings, and trade shows

Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Animal Health, or a related industry required • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales required; 5+ years of experience in animal health industry sales preferred • 3+ years of leadership experience • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide effective coaching and constructive feedback
