Material Handler

**Job Title: Material Handler Forklift****Job Description**Candidates will be responsible for both material handler responsibilities and operator duties as they progress. Duties include pelletizing materials, loading/unloading trucks, using a forklift when needed, and downpacking chemicals. Candidates will handle chemicals and connect barrels or end-use containers to piping systems for chemical downpacking for shipment.**Responsibilities**+ Pelletize materials and load/unload trucks.+ Operate forklifts to transport materials.+ Downpack chemicals and handle chemical processing.+ Connect barrels or end-use containers to piping systems for chemical downpacking.+ Operate forklifts when necessary.**Essential Skills**+ MT1 Certification with at least 1 year in Manufacturing.+ Forklift experience with sit-down lifts (2-3 years).+ Chemical handling experience (ideally 1 year).+ Manufacturing and process experience.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Familiarity with manufacturing processes.+ Capacity for promotion to a chemical operator role.+ Ability to handle fractions, mathematics, heavy computer usage, and conversions.+ 1-2 years in a manufacturing or process-type role, or mechanical education.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy a small plant environment with climate-controlled areas.
