Job Description SummaryResponsible for the daily execution of S-Q-D-C on a lean line in the Buckets Cell (Turbine Blades). Including problem solving, troubleshooting, and coaching of other MEs and Operators.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesExecutes production according to the appropriate instructions.Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute Lean Line Daily Output.Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others including read across and best practice sharing through coaching.Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to achieve business goals and objectives.Acts as a mentor and coach for colleagues with less experience.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university WITH 4 years of manufacturing experience OR a high School diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturingEligibility RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future100% onsite work at GE Greenville, SCDesired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Lean manufacturing experienceKnowledge of problem solving toolsAbility to document, plan, create, and execute programsPay TransparencyFor U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is The starting base pay range for this position is $90,400 -$115,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
