We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. ?This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.?Position Summary:Responsible for selling and ordering product into existing accounts. Ensures consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Executes and closes all sales calls for assigned (relief) sales routesMaintains and sells incremental displays, as needed; and secures incremental equipmentSell in promotional programs and ensure dealer complianceIn connection with a sales call, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets Company merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate ordersCommunicate account activities to appropriate partiesTransport, replace and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accountsPeriodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneelingOther projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:High School or GEDMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or salesExcellent communication skillsComputer proficient (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Possess key skills: Influencing, Leadership, Teamwork, Account Management, Planning & Execution, Problem Solving/Analytical thinking, Relationship building (internal and external, & Knowledge of the businessPeriodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and light merchandisingValid drivers license and driving record within Motor Vehicle Report policy guidelinesThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:Business degreePrior Consumer Packaged Goods experience a plusPhysical Demands and Work Environment :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
