We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, reporting directly to Director of Electrical Engineering to join our Engineering team team based in Claremont, CA.About the JobAs a Senior Electrical Engineer you will work on a project task force team completing technical and economic feasibility studies, licensed technology based process design packages, and act as project lead for detailed engineering activities. You will be a self-motivated professional with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of ten years experience.We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering A minimum of 10 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery, renewables or power generation projects. P.E. or P.Eng License required Prepare load summary, single lines, protection diagrams for MV & HV switchgear, motors/generators, transformers and MCCs. Perform load flow, short circuit analysis, transient motor starting studies, protection relay setting calculations & coordination curves using ETAP and /or SKM software. Prepare electrical equipment specifications, data sheets, scope of work/work packages. Carry out technical bid analysis and review of vendor drawings. Prepare substation equipment layouts, schematics & wiring drawings.
