ResponsibilitiesSupport Merchandising Execution: Assist in the execution of retail merchandising plans, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Category Management teams to ensure alignment with Driscoll's and customer growth goals.Market Analysis and Reporting: Contribute to the evaluation of market conditions by gathering and analyzing data on sales performance, instore conditions, and competitor activity. Help develop insights that can inform future merchandising strategies.Assist with Data Driven Insights: Use sales and market data to identify merchandising opportunities. Help create action plans that enhance product visibility, reduce shopper friction, and improve shopper engagement.Use planogram software to design and implement effective shelf plans and in-store schematics that maximize product visibility, optimize space utilization, and align with merchandising strategies.Maintain Playbooks: Assist in creating retail playbooks for assigned accounts, detailing best practices in product placement, competitive positioning, and seasonal trends. Ensure consistent execution at the store level.Monitor Merchandising Programs: Track the performance of instore merchandising efforts, collecting data for analysis and reporting. Assist in evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for merchandising initiatives and contribute to process improvements.Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned with merchandising priorities and expectations.Manage brand asset distribution for Driscoll's to retail customers through third-party print and distribution vendors.Assist in execution of marketing programs, new product introductions, distribution improvements, and shopper marketing initiatives to maximize shelf space and sales performance.Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years in Grocery Merchandising, Grocery Store Operations, CPG Space Planning.1-2 years of experience in merchandising, grocery operations, or a related field. Experience in the CPG industry is a plus.Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Intermediate proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Tableau) and the Microsoft Office Suite for tracking and reporting on merchandising performance.Proficient in space planning tools (e.g. Spaceman, JDA Space Planning)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance required.Ability to travel as needed for store visits and customer meetings (up to 20%).

Compensation & Benefits:The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.Salary range estimated for this role is: $ 69,500 to 89,100 USD.Driscoll's is committed to a culture of care and offers an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
