Marketing Coordinator/Guest Service Representatives is the face of the Bakery to the public. The Marketing Coordinator's major role is to market the cake to community businesses and achieve the 10,000 mouths per quarter marketing strategy. The Marketing Coordinator will handle all outside marketing, fundraising, events and donation requests. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Manager as a Joy Creator, that is, as a sales associate and crafter in the bakery when needed.
Marketing to Businesses is the CORE driver of our brand. (Cold calling in person)
Works with the Frosting Team to prepare marketing cakes for next day.Becomes familiar with holiday schedules and places orders.Smile, introduce yourself, announce that you are providing free samples.Use Nothing Bundt Cakes marketing materials to describe products and service to businesses.Collect business cards and email addresses. Sign up for eClub and App.Follow up with emails and enter information on tracker spreadsheet.Discuss with businesses the Birthday Program.Win over the gatekeeper (admins) to gain access to decision makers in the organization.Understand the business' internal, external and gifting events. Gain committed business for external and internal events.Provide daily feedback to Manager and Owner.Hours will depend on marketing and events schedules. Must be available on weekends.The upside to this position:

Yummm!The job is literally a piece of cake.You will be trained in marketing, crafting and your career.You will be bringing JOY and celebration to the community.You will be making genuine connections in our community.30-35 hours per week.Pay is based on experience.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
