Business Development Representative - Industrial (USA)

Now part of the EPIROC Group, RCT Global Inc. (RCT) is seeking a professional Business Development Representative - Industrial to generate sales for solutions, products, and services throughout USA. This professional Business Development Representative will be required to have experience and a background in mechanical, electrical, spare parts, and/or material handling. This is an absolute requirement of this role.
This role will be responsible for achieving RCT's objectives in terms of business growth, developing new opportunities through new business relationships and diversification.
Key requirements include:•Ability to speak confidently to a broad range of customer contacts from site to Corporate level•Ability to form strong relationships and multiple levels within organizations•Proven ability to develop and retain B2B accounts through solution sales•Presentation skills - the ability to understand RCT's technology and professionally articulate its value to customers•Ability to present and sell online and travel regularly throughout the region
Key attributes include:•Proven Sales and Industry experience•Self-starter able to work autonomously as required•Excellent communication skills•Action and results driven•Proactive and positive outlook•Consistent professional engagement with customers•High energy levels•Minimum of 5 years sales experience with the MHE industry, Spare Parts, Construction Equipment solutions, or Material Handling is required
