Responsibilities

We are seeking a Manager of Finance Operations to join our team! Provides oversight for Financial Reporting, Budget (Operating and Capital) development, Cost Accounting, and Financial Analysis for St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.

Responsibilities Include:Manages the budgeting (operating & capital) projection process and performance monitoring for the hospital.Works cooperatively with the facility management to facilitate budget variance analysis and assist with budget and accounting systems questions.Oversees the facilitys monthly financial reporting processes and reviews net revenue expense accruals and the financial statements overall. Ensures that the facility statistics are accurate and maintains a strong working relationship with the consolidated Accounting team.Provides financial analysis to support business development initiatives major capital purchases net revenue and expense review and participates in other projects as needed.Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required.2 years supervisory experience required.5 years experience preferred preferred.Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.Master's degree strongly preferred.Licensure

CPA preferred - CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT(CPA)
