Servicenow Architect

Roles & Responsibilities• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing Android code and Backoffice distributed systems with Java/J2EE/.net and with traditional Databases and or Big data volume databases.• Knowledge of SOA, Microservices and or Event based Architectures.• Solid knowledge of testing embedded product software and software QA methodologies and tools• Automation Testing experience using Languages (Python/ Java/ C++)• Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation• Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.• Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.• ServiceNow experience with ITBM module (Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Test Management, etc.,• Experience should include implementation of HRSD with Guided setup, configuration of Employee Service Center (ESC), Life-cycle Events (LE) for On-Boarding & Transitions, Activities, Services, and other key workflow components.• Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.• Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements• Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow• Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).• Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards
