Schedule Details: Monday-Friday. Minimum three evening shifts (12pm-8PM), per week in office required. Other working days will follow standard hours 9AM-5PM with flexibility of remote work.The Donor Engagement Coordinator, will create and execute digital engagement initiatives to complement New York Institute of Technologys annual giving strategy for the purpose of engaging alumni and friends and acquiring new and renewed annual giving donors. Work as part of a team to consult on communication strategies for the Office of Development, Alumni Relations, and External Affairs.Responsibilities:Strategically communicate with alumni and current/prospective donors using a variety of digital communication methods, including video, texting, phone, social media, LinkedIn, and crowdfunding, as well as direct mail, as part of New York Tech's overall annual giving strategy. Analyze and report on metrics for digital and physical communications and solicitation (40%)Provide oversight of the digital engagement programs, including management of student employees for relevant projects and Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving to fully utilize digital engagement technology and develop communications as part of the overall annual giving strategy. (20%)Assist with planning and execution of New York Tech's annual day of giving, the Big Give, and New York Tech's senior class fundraising initiative, Final (15%)Aid donor stewardship and concerted follow-up efforts through digital communications, including social media, email, and web presence, as well as direct mail. In conjunction with colleagues, write and edit content for social, email, and direct mail communications that align with the department and university messaging, goals, and (10%)Actively engage and recruit student donors. Develop a philanthropy education program in concert with the Director of Annual Giving and Director of Alumni Relations to engage student clubs and organizations in philanthropic (5%)Develop a Bears of the Last Decade (BOLD) solicitation plan to acquire new donors and improve donor retention of recent (5%)Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as (5%)Qualifications:

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.Minimum Salary:USD $50,000.00/Yr.
