Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for interior and exterior painting by taping, scraping, sanding, patching, and mudding. Paint cabinetry and install sheetrock. Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes. Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage with drop cloths or masking tape. Adhere to safety protocols at all times. Timely completion of daily paperwork Efficiently use G-mail and Google calendar on a smart phone Qualifications: 2-5 years of interior/exterior painting experience. Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials. Proficiency in caulking, patching, texturizing, and mudding. Experience painting cabinetry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic repairs and maintenance experience preferred. Must provide painting tools and a ladder Must have a driver's license and proof of insurance Must be able to pass a background check. Must provide professional references.
