We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to spearhead our return to office at our New York office.
Responsibilities :
Manage all administrative and general office needs at our New York office.Oversee the successful management of local vendors and contractorsBe the primary contact between the company and building management making sure all facility needs are metWork with Executive Assistant on event planning including regular social events, external events, Holiday parties and offsite retreats in partnership with Internal Events TeamWork closely with our HR/People Operations team on local Perks and Benefits programsGreet visitors and providing a warm and pleasant experienceEnsure we remain compliant with workplace safety expectationsWork closely with our Legal team to assess risks and make informed decisions about Employee Health & SafetyIssue key cards for new employees and visitor passes to ensure secure access to the office.Promote a positive office culture by actively encouraging team members to return to the office, fostering engagement and collaboration among staff.Requirements :
You have 3+ years of relevant Operations and Facilities experienceExperience with facilities operations, including coordinating office moves.You are an empathetic leader with 2+ years of people management experienceWell versed in workplace systems, tools & platformsHave experience working with property management teamsHave experience being on call and have managed through emergency situationsYou have strong customer service and hospitality skillsYou have strong project management skillsYou are able to work autonomously, but understand the importance of teamworkYou are comfortable communicating with and driving decisions alongside our leadership teamYou are innovative - you're looking to create tomorrow and constantly open to new ideas and technologiesYou are excited to create a world class Workplace Experience!Why Join BitGo?

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $65,000- $85,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined above are also a part of this role's package.
