The Military Engines industrial operations team is seeking a skilled Industrial Lead Manager to spearhead industrial planning for the current F135 program. As a key player in production and sustainment ramp-up, this role offers high visibility and an opportunity to lead all facets of industrial planning. Are you ready to take on this dynamic role?
This position is an opportunity to be fully integrated with every organization within Pratt & Whitney, which includes our partners and supply chain. The Industrial Lead Manager will support a CIPT (Component Integrated Product Team) within a module center and will focus on delivery, quality, and cost goals with a near term focus of on time delivery to the customer. The Industrial Lead Manager will also focus efforts on engineering changes, manufacturing learning and strategic sourcing initiatives.
What You Will Do:Lead industrial planning - structure, framework and timing on sourcing and manufacturing decisions; drive Material Requirements Planning (MRP) efforts for the CIPTPrioritize and manage production readiness assessments; develop, track, and close action items to increase capacity and capability at suppliersLead single points of failure and material changes that will impact sourcing decisions; ensure transition plans are properly supported to ensure incumbents can deliver until new sources are delivering parts at production ramp ratesIdentify risks to supplier production ramp, continuing fleet sustainment, build mitigation plans, and drive actions to closureOversee the preparation and delivery of Production Readiness activities to the CIPT and Executive ManagementIdentify, quantify and elevate risk to commitments based on hardware requirements, production scheduled, etc.Up to 10% travelQualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing supply chain, program/project management or a related field; OR a Master's degree and 5 years of experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications we prefer:
Prior experience leading a team and managing constantly shifting priorities in a deadline driven environmentExperience working with and interfacing with executive level managementProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and SAPExperience implementing and driving lean manufacturing techniques

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
