Assembler II - 1st Shift Requisition ID: 40752 Job Location(s): Van Wert, OH, US Job Description [an exemplary job req require customization] We have an immediate opportunity for a Process Technician to join us at our diverse team. The Process Technician will be responsible for the assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Monitors & trouble shoots electrical & mechanical equipment used in the assembly process to build hydrostatic pumps, motors and components Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor Assists in the prove-out of new processes and process changes by gathering data, making observations about the process, and communicating ideas to improve results Works closely with the Process Engineer Background & Skills At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Minimum of an AA degree or equivalent from Technical School and 6 months related experience on Danfoss products Desire for 4-year degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mfg.
