Custodian

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Hartland, WI 7am-3pm \$18/hr. The job purpose of the Custodian is to maintain a clean and safe working environment within the organization. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, their primary responsibilities include: Dust and polish furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures. Wash windows, counters, walls and woodwork. Sweep, vacuum and clean floors. Clean and stock restrooms. Replace light bulbs. Pick up and remove trash from office and common areas, transporting to disposal area. Recycle materials. Maintain inventory level anticipating cleaning supplies and equipment. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Requires 1-3 years maintenance preventative and repair experience, or a combination of education and experience. Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
