The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving the store's commercial success through effective team leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in implementing best retail practices, optimizing sales opportunities, and managing store expenses to achieve business goals.
What you will be doing
You will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to consistently exceed KPIs, sales targets, and profitability, using the SGM concept. By identifying and maximizing sales opportunities, you'll ensure the team hits sales and margin goals through promotions, outfit building, and corporate events. You'll foster a positive and harmonious sales floor environment, championing exceptional customer service, up-to-date product knowledge, and acting on FEEFO feedback. Additionally, you'll support cost control, data reporting, and compliance while encouraging team engagement and recognizing outstanding performance to maintain high morale.
What we are looking for
Experience leading a team as a large volume Assistant Manager or Store Manager required. Well-rounded experience including people leadership, talent sourcing, stock operations, clientelling, visual merchandising and general customer service experience is desired, in a premium retail environment would be beneficial.
Your personality and enthusiasm, combined with your experience will make you a person who is fun to work with, taking pride in appearance, and always with a driven, can-do attitude. Support is provided to help you understand our brand, product, and customer.
