Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is required
Position Summary
The Clinician, level III role is responsible for conducting and documenting individual and family psychosocial assessments; documenting the findings of evaluations and progress in clients' medical record; conducting and documenting family and/or couples treatment of clients and their families; maintaining contact with community resources for after care and providing comprehensive discharge planning services. Participates in a leadership role in at least two Level II Clinician activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work/Clinical Counseling from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work/Counselor Education required.License/Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW-CC (Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) required. State license to practice as a LADC and CADC as needed. Valid Driver's License if required for role.Experience:
Clinician has been a Clinician II for two years. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Clinician II role.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
