Job Title: Material Handler - 1st Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Material Handler for our 1st shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately select items based on work orders. Training will be provided on various forklifts including Sit Down Forklift, Stand Up, Reach Trucks, and Turret Trucks. You will be responsible for receiving materials, placing them in correct locations, staging pallets, and utilizing an RF Scanner to manage inventory.
Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy in selecting items as per work orders.
Operate various forklifts including Sit Down Forklift, Stand Up, Reach Trucks, and Turret Trucks.
Receive incoming materials and place them in designated locations.
Stage materials and pallets efficiently.
Utilize an RF Scanner for inventory management.
Physically move products within the inventory room.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position with hours from 7am to 3pm. The facility is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be cold in winter and hot in summer, particularly in the receiving dock area. Employees are required to stay on-site during the paid lunch break. This role is within a distribution center supporting energy-related products, and it requires the ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
