Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembler II to join their team. As an Assembler II, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a team, analyze and address problems independently, and be self-motivated with strong organizational skills.Job Title:

What's the Job?Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.Conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.Collect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process.Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment.What's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent required.1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience required.Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes required.Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.What's in it for me?Sign-on bonus of $500.00 at day 30 (paid out by supplier via Beeline after 30 days of being hired as a contingent worker) and $500.00 at day 90/time of conversion (paid out within 30 days from being hired as a full-time regular employee) included in offer letter.Opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with colleagues of differing cultural, language, and educational backgrounds.Ability to participate in continuous process improvement and work with cutting-edge technology.Full-time position with a competitive pay rate.Ability to work in appropriate PPE and lift up to 35lbs.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
