just like you to join our team at the Santa Cruz County Jail located in Santa Cruz, CA . Responsiblities of Psychiatrist:Maintain overall clinical responsibility for the mental health programs within the facilityOversee the completion of mental health screenings and evaluationsPerform sick call visits and chronic care visitsConduct rounds in all unitsFormulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens to promote positive patient outcomesCoordinate, lead and participate in educational training activities related to mental health care
Qualifications
Qualifications of Psychiatrist:Must hold a current, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in CACurrent DEA registrationA valid CPR cardBoard certificationEligible or qualified by the state laws/regulations to practice psychiatryMust have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in primary care specialty of psychiatrist with administrative experienceMust possess strong written communication and verbal skillsMust have strong computer skillsWe know you may have questions before applying.
