Job Type- Full-Time & Part-Time (Onsite)
Shift- Monday- Friday (Choose your own hours)
Job Summary:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the patient's functional status, range of motion, strength, and physical capabilities. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, including short and long-term goals, therapy techniques, and functional improvement strategies. Provide hands-on therapy , therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy . Educate patients and families on injury prevention, at-home exercises, pain management, and best practices for continued wellness. Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with legal and organizational standards, documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Work closely with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program.Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in CA.Minimum 1 year of direct PT experience.Benefits:
