A prominent defense firm seeks several attorneys at all levels, Associate and Counsel/Partner level with workers' compensation defense experience in California. Counsel and Partner level candidates do NOT need a book of business.Firm offers a varied and sophisticated practice, growth opportunities and a flexible work culture. Fully remote or hybrid in any of their CA office locations.Responsibilities:File review and legal analysis of workers' compensation claimsExtensive legal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefsRegularly represent clients at depositions and hearingsManage cases from start to finishQualifications:Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in California2-12+ years' experience in workers' compensationSalary range 130k-200k+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + BonusPlease email resume to sara@
