We are working with a company is Arlington, TX looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our North Texas team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent time management skills, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. If you're efficient, reliable, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Receive and verify shipments; manage inventory and stockOperate pallet jack, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate recordsHandle office operations: greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and order suppliesAssist with employee onboarding and terminations, including equipment and vehicle managementCoordinate office events, facilities issues, and building maintenanceReview timesheets for accuracyQualifications:2+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyStrong organizational and time management skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordSchedule:In-office, Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PMDesired Skills and Experience
