Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for company operations including project management, supervision and coordination of construction works, meeting deadlines and budgets
- Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing strategies aimed at the development and growth of the company
- Managing a team of specialists, including recruitment, training and motivation of personnel
- Developing and controlling project budgets
- Setting and maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Interacting with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in an operational or management role in the construction industry
- Understanding of all aspects of operations in the construction and renovation industry
- Experience in project and team management
- High organizational and analytical ability
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and ability to make effective decisions under tight deadlines
