9869: Job Description: Tax Senior Manager - Private Client ServicesOur client is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. This dynamic role requires overseeing multiple client engagements, with a focus on business development, marketing, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and foster growth within the team. The role offers flexibility, including a hybrid working model with office locations available, or remote work for candidates in Minnesota.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and contribute to building a sustainable business.Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, especially those in financial services (hedge funds, private equity).Expertly manage hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.Review complex tax returns and communicate with clients regularly.Provide training, supervision, and review of staff work.Participate in business development and client seminars.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, applying knowledge to client engagements.Collaborate with other tax professionals to ensure efficient service delivery.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.8+ years of tax compliance experience, specializing in individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation.CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification.Recent public accounting experience.Preferred Qualifications:
