POSITION
As an Associate Regional Director, you will take on a dynamic role that combines building relationships with strategic sales. You will strengthen existing partnerships, find new sales opportunities, and provide outstanding support as a home office contact. This is a chance to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIESCall on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that increase product sales within the Allspring Global Investments line-up.Collaborate with field wholesalers to develop and complete a territory business plan that achieves and surpasses territory gross and net sales goals.Forge and nurture relationships with financial advisors. Formulate and communicate actionable investment ideas to financial advisors. Apply knowledge of product solutions to provide financial advisors with strategic and timely proposals for identifying and adopting investment solutions that effectively meet client needs.Apply business tools to identify key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.Provide comprehensive support for field wholesalers as a home office point of contact, resolving complex questions regarding the entire Allspring mutual fund and Separately Managed Account line-up.CANDIDATE
You must have a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a flexible approach in a fast-paced environment. We seek a candidate who thrives on collaboration, is strictly committed to achieving ambitious goals, and demonstrates an unwavering dedication to flawless execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ plus years of sales experience or a combination of sales consulting and sales negotiation experience.Successfully completed FINRA SIE and series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years mutual funds sales or service experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.Ability to make timely and independent judgement decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment.Business development, financial product sales, and consultative selling experience.
