PT owned and managed private practice in eastern North Carolina is seeking Physical Therapists passionate about Pelvic Health Rehab and Women's Health to join our established program.
Prefer clinicians with 1+ year of full time Pelvic Health experience. Will consider new grads who have completed a Pelvic Health rotation and a Level 1 Pelvic Floor course including lab component with internal assessments.

All 1:1 care with licensed clinicians in extended appointment spots. No double booking or overlapping appointments. No use of techs for skilled care.

Our ideal candidate:
• 1-2 years minimum experience in treating a full caseload of Pelvic Floor diagnoses and Pregnancy/Postpartum musculoskeletal diagnoses
• Passionate about treating women across the lifespan
• Interest and confidence in working with active females primarily between the ages of 20-55 who desire to continue running, weightlifting, and having an active lifestyle without being limited by core dysfunction, diastasis recti, prolapse symptoms, leakage, or pelvic pain
• Experienced in the integration of Pelvic Rehab, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and utilizing fitness forward interventions - it's not just kegels and passive biofeedback in our clinic!
• Committed to improving the standard of care for women's health needs and being an ambassador of our profession, specialty, and practice
• Feels strongly about accessibility to Pelvic specialty care for all

Candidates must have completed at least a Level 1 Pelvic Rehab course WITH lab component - prefer completion of a level 2 course also within 3 months of hire.
Additional training/background in pregnancy and post-partum care, working with female athletes, strength training/CrossFit, yoga, and/or Pilates a plus.
Bonus is available for providers who earn & maintain their WCS or Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification - PRPC.
