Position Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as: assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy. Second Shift Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (8-hour shift) and 3:00 pm - 1:30 am (10-hour shift); Training Shift to be determined. Parker Benefits Package: * Starting Rate of Pay $17.00 per hour plus $1.00 Shift Premium per hour total $18.00 per hour * Retention Bonus $750 after six months of service and performance * Paid Vacation and Sick Time from Date of Hire * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental, Vision and Basic Life Insurance Benefits - Eligible First Day of Employment * 401K Retirement Savings Plan with 5% Company Match - Eligible First Day of Employment * Pension Plan * Consistent Company Bonus * Annual Performance Review * Clean, Climate Controlled Facility Essential Functions: * Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications. * Assemble large and small components together in a fast past environment, such as, but not limited to: side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clip. * Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring device. * Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed. * Maintain work area to keep a clean and a safe environment. * Maintains professional, respectful, open communication with others.
