Works with AV Engineers to ensure complete understanding of AV project design.Develops and produces graphic user interfaces for controlling AV systems to meet SOW and client requirements.Produces AV system control code per SOW and client requirements.Produces audio system program per SOW and client requirements.Provides AV engineer with input into the design phase of the project.Works with staging and config specialists to push AV control and audio code into AV system components.Remotely tests programming during the stage and config phase to ensure system functionality prior to gear shipping out.Provides support to AV engineer during project process.Provides remote support for AV Field Engineer during the commissioning phase.Provides level 3 AV helpdesk support.Requirements:
5-10 years commercial AV experience3-5 years commercial control system programming experienceInstallation, service, field engineering experience highly recommendedExperience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, and RTI)Experience with digital signal processors (Biamp, QSC, AtlasIED)Working knowledge of AVoIP requirements (Crestron, Extron, AVPro)AVIXA CTS RequiredExperience configuring network switches (MXNet, Luxul, Netgear, Cisco)Willing to travel 25% of the time
